Soy Garlic Marinade
1/4 cup extra virgin or light olive oil
1-1/4 cup gluten-free, reduced-sodium soy sauce (may be reduced to 1/2 to 3/4 cup, depending on how much marinade you are making)
1 T. catsup
1 T. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
2 cloves garlic, pressed or mashed
Mix all ingredients together, place meat in marinade in refrigerator for thirty minutes to 2 hours. You can also use it to baste the mean while it is grilling, but it really isn't necessary. (This marinade is good on fish, chicken, pork, and beef.)
Great marinade! We all just loved it. I've only had it on the beef, but I will be trying it on fish and chicken aswell. Thanks!
